Steve grew up in Memphis and was exposed to the city’s rich musical environment including gospel, blues, R&B and everything from jazz to funk. The bass has been his instrument for more than 30 years ago and he’s performed in such bands as Starfire, Northstar, Soul Pursuit, Natural Energy, The Movement Band, After Hours, Bluespace, and Crosswinds. Steve just became a grandfather.
